Privacy Policy
Who we are. The website digitalpexel.com and the Digital Pexel Ads Console are operated by Heart of Tech Private Limited ("Digital Pexel", "we", "us"), P. No. 56-A, Krishna Vihar-A, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect on this website
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not ask you to create an account.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
- If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it to reply to you and keep it as part of our business correspondence.
Google Ads data (Digital Pexel Ads Console)
The Digital Pexel Ads Console connects to Google's advertising APIs (the Google Ads API, and Google's Data Manager API for conversion uploads) through Google OAuth. This section explains what Google data it accesses and what we do with it.
- Which accounts. The Ads Console connects only to Google Ads accounts that Digital Pexel owns or manages, including accounts we manage for our advertising partners. It reaches them through our own manager accounts or through access the account owner has given us. For some partner accounts, conversion uploads run through that partner's manager account using the partner's own Google Ads API access. Only authorized members of the Digital Pexel team use the Ads Console.
- Data we access. Campaign performance data (such as spend, clicks, impressions, conversions and conversion value); settings for accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, audiences, budgets, bids, conversion actions and experiments, including the YouTube video IDs and titles used in our ads; ad review and policy status; search term, placement, location, demographic (age, gender and household income), device and time-of-day reports; and account change history, which can include the email address of the Google Ads user who made a change.
- Data we send to Google. To measure results, we upload offline conversions to the Google Ads accounts we own or manage: the Google click identifier (such as the GCLID), a call reference number, a timestamp and, where it applies, a value. For calls in some of our programs, we also send a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of the caller's phone number so Google can match the call to the ad click. We never upload phone numbers in readable form.
- How we use it. Only to run the advertising in these accounts: reporting on performance, monitoring accounts and alerting our team, creating and changing campaigns, deciding which ads and creative ideas to test next, and helping Google Ads optimize toward real results. We do not sell Google Ads data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or for any purpose unrelated to managing these accounts.
- Where we store it. In Google Cloud (Cloud Storage and Cloud Logging, with sign-in credentials in Secret Manager), in our Supabase database, in Google Drive and Google Sheets (including database backups), in private GitHub repositories (performance summaries, ad review history and database backups, plus encrypted backups of our team's work sessions), in our team's private Telegram alert channel, and on company computers used by our team. Some of these providers store data outside India, including in the United States.
- How long we keep it. We keep Google Ads data while we use it to run and analyze our advertising, and for as long as we need it for legal and accounting purposes. We do not yet apply a fixed retention period: performance history, ad review history and conversion upload records are kept so we can compare results over time, and some of this data is also kept in encrypted backups. You can ask us to delete data as described below.
- Who we share it with. We do not sell Google Ads data or share it with third parties, except:
- service providers that store or process it for us to run the Ads Console: Google (Google Cloud, Google Drive and Google Sheets), Supabase (database), GitHub (private code repositories), Telegram (internal alerts to our team) and GAQL.app by TrueClicks (a Google Ads reporting service our team uses to query our accounts);
- AI providers (Anthropic, Google and OpenAI) whose models our team uses inside the Ads Console to read reports and to prepare and make account changes. We use these services with settings that do not allow our data to be used to train their models. They may keep data for a limited time for security and abuse monitoring;
- an advertising partner, for the reports on the account we manage for that partner;
- anyone we are required by law to share it with.
- Limited Use. Digital Pexel Ads Console's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Deletion and revoking access. To ask us to delete Google Ads data, email abhi@digitalpexel.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". Within 30 days we will delete it from the systems we use day to day and confirm by email. Copies that remain in encrypted backups are kept out of use and are never restored for use. Anyone who has connected a Google account to the Ads Console can revoke its access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
If you called a number in one of our ads
Calls from our ads are connected through our advertising partners' call-tracking systems. We receive call details such as the time of the call, its outcome and the caller's phone number, and we use them only to measure and manage our campaigns. We send a caller's phone number to Google only in hashed form, as described above. To ask about or delete this information, email abhi@digitalpexel.com with the subject line "Privacy Request".
How we protect information
Access to the Ads Console and to stored data is limited to authorized members of the Digital Pexel team. Sign-in credentials are kept in Google Cloud Secret Manager and on secured company computers, with encrypted backup copies in private code repositories. They are never published in public code. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and our cloud providers encrypt the data they store. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.
