Digital Pexel Ads Console

Digital Pexel Ads Console is a private tool that the Digital Pexel team uses to report on and manage the Google Ads accounts Digital Pexel owns or manages, including accounts we manage for our advertising partners.

What it does

  • Reporting.

    Pulls performance data such as spend, clicks, conversions and conversion value from the Google Ads accounts we manage into daily and hourly reports for our team.

  • Monitoring and alerts.

    Checks these accounts on a schedule and alerts our team when spend, delivery or ad approval status changes unexpectedly.

  • Campaign management.

    Lets our team create, update, pause and remove campaigns, ad groups, ads and assets, budgets, bids, keywords, audiences and other targeting, conversion actions and conversion goals, and experiments in the accounts we own or manage.

  • Offline conversion imports.

    Sends conversions that happen after the click, such as qualified phone calls, back to Google Ads so campaigns can optimize toward real results.

  • AI-assisted analysis.

    Uses AI models from Anthropic, Google and OpenAI to help our team read reports, flag issues, search our ad review history and prepare account changes.

Who uses it

A small number of people on the Digital Pexel team use the Ads Console. They sign in with their Google accounts through Google OAuth. The Ads Console is not offered to the public and is not sold or licensed to anyone. It connects only to Google Ads accounts that Digital Pexel owns or manages.

Google data access

The Ads Console signs in with Google OAuth and requests two Google scopes: the Google Ads API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), to read and manage Google Ads accounts, and Google's Data Manager API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/datamanager), to upload offline conversions. We use this access only for the Google Ads accounts Digital Pexel owns or manages. How we access, use, store and share this data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Use of the Ads Console is covered by our Terms of Service.
